We assist some of Australia’s largest industry, government and corporate clients in supporting their people in building healthy workplaces and resolving their people issues.  We provide a range of Employee Assistance Programs, counselling and crisis response services.  In addition we provide Consulting Services including conflict resolution, coaching, career services and HR Consulting. 

The Individual 
We are seeking a highly skilled administrator to join our training and consulting team.  Reporting to the Operations Lead, you will provide administrative support to our national workplace wellbeing specialists who deliver training and HR Consulting to our customer organisations.

You will enjoy the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills and be highly customer centric in your approach. Your strengths are client responsiveness, capacity to multi-task, ability to prioritise competing demands and strong attention to detail while working to meet tight deadlines. Your adaptability, desire to learn new systems and capacity to develop your skills will make you a success in this role.


Key responsibilities include:
Liaising with our customer organisations to coordinate requirements for training and HR consultancy services
Understanding customer needs and responding to queries on a case-by-case basis
Liaising with consultants to deliver training and HR consulting services and coordinate the logistics of delivering these services
Providing general administration support to internal stakeholders, ensuring a high level of customer service

You will be a motivated self-starter who can demonstrate:
A professional communication style with the capacity to sensitively respond to confidential customer issues
Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
A solutions-focussed approach to handling customer queries
Ability to manage multiple tasks, changing priorities and meet deadlines
Strong organisational skills 
High level skills in Microsoft Office
