    About the role: 

    We are seeking motivated and experienced Psychologists and/or Social Workers with proven experience in short term, solutions-orientated counselling with the ability to provide trauma debriefing and training. This is a dynamic and fast paced role that will showcase your clinical experience across a number of services. This includes delivering a suite of products and expanding consulting services in the Perth area. We are seeking someone who is flexible and willing to facilitate a range of Converge's programs and mental health products. This role will work across the business providing EAP support & counselling and attending critical incidents onsite.

  • Experienced to work across a number of services such as delivering training & consulting products, EAP sessions and critical incident work

  • Are knowledgeable, proactive, quick thinking
  • Recognise and anticipate real or potential risks and provide appropriate recommendations for intervention

    We are looking for team members that have:

  • Proven experience delivering training programs in mental health and wellbeing
  • At least 5 years’ experience working in a short-term counselling interventions
  • Registration with the relevant professional body (AHPRA, AASW)
  • Current driver’s license and own vehicle
