The Role
We are seeking motivated and experienced registered Psychologists with proven experience in short term, solutions-orientated interventions to deliver after hours EAP services to our customers. 

Ideally, we’re looking for someone to take on 1-2 rostered after hours shifts per week. 
• Note that we roster every day, including weekends and public holidays.  
o Weekday shift times: 6pm-8.30am, Monday to Friday
o Weekend shift times: 8.30am to 8.30am (24 hour shifts), Saturday and Sunday (finishing up 8.30am Monday)
• Remuneration includes a retainer, on top of a fee per referral. 
• Services are delivered remotely via phone call.

 To be successful in this position you will:

• Be an experienced and qualified Psychologist, currently registered with AHPRA
• Experienced in delivering short term counselling, with confidence in managing risk in the after hours space.  
• Self-motivated and enjoy autonomous work – must be experienced in managing a wide range of issues by themselves
• Experience in critical incident response and trauma management will be highly regarded. 
• Have excellent time management skills and have a willingness to demonstrate initiative with a ‘can do’ attitude. 
• Must be comfortable with technology and computer literate

5 years of relevant experience in allied health is desirable.
