We are seeking motivated and experienced registered Psychologists, Social Workers and Counsellors with proven experience in short term, solutions-orientated interventions to join our growing national workforce of EAP Consultants.

Supporting clients nationally, you will enjoy working with med-high risk and complex clinical presentations and you will thrive in a fast paced, varied and dynamic work environment.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Enjoy working with diverse workplaces to assess work stressors and risk factors in work environments
  • Have experience in face-to-face counselling skills and phone counselling experience
  • Have a solid understanding of organisational and individual factors impacting on people performance
  • Be commercially savvy, with the ability to view issues and problems from a business, customer and personal perspective
  • You will be self-motivated, with excellent time management skills and have a willingness to demonstrate initiative with a ‘can do’ attitude. Experience in critical incident response and trauma management will be highly regarded.

3-5 years of relevant experience in allied health is desirable. A tertiary qualification in Behavioural Sciences and registration with the appropriate professional body is required.

We have true hybrid opportunities to diversify your work experience with more variability, (face to face with telehealth) spontaneity and a chance to use your skills in a flexible way.
