About the Role

We’re seeking qualified and experienced counsellors, psychologists, social workers or pastoral counsellors who also have capacity to proactively respond to a variety of Onsite workplace support needs including Walk and Talk, one on one counselling, Toolbox meetings, lunchtime awareness sessions, peer supervision for managers and general support. We are looking for individuals who are local to the Gladstone area.  This is a full time role, with hours worked over 4 days.


Please note that a full mine induction (including medical assessment and a drug and alcohol screening) will need to be completed prior to commencement.

·         Have had experience in a relevant role

·         Relevant qualification and registration with the appropriate professional body.

·         Are self-motivated and can respond quickly to situations

·         Have demonstrated ability to manage own time, priorities and workload factors

·         Are knowledgeable, proactive, quick thinking

·         A current driver's licence and if relevant, your own vehicle
