The Individual 
We’re seeking someone to provide operational and administrative support across our People Assist department. A key component of this role is to coordinate the Integrated Onsite portfolio including the back-end administration critical for invoicing, data collection and reporting. This role will also assist with administration and coordination across EAP and Rapid Response services as required.

Responsibilities include:
Coordinating each case from end-to-end; tracking daily progress and following up all outstanding information and tasks with consultants
Provide administrative support to our team
Monitoring, coordinating and actioning queries from stakeholders
Setting up, updating and maintaining case information accurately on internal databases 
Accurately checking, preparing and inputting data for invoicing 

To be successful you will be a quick learner with a natural flare for detail. You must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and prioritise competing demands.  Your ability to focus on process and complete tasks accurately with set timeframes is a must.  Your adaptability, desire to learn new systems and capacity to develop your skills will make you a success in this role.  Previous experience in project coordination/project administration is highly desirable.
